1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all tattoo holiday packages offered by Tattoo Holiday Bali (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a package, paying a deposit, or attending any tattoo session, the Client (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to these Conditions in full.

2. Scope of the Package

2.1. The tattooing and accommodation details depend on the package selected by the Client. All available packages and inclusions are listed at https://tattooholidaybali.com/packages/.

2.2. Each package includes:

  • Professional tattoo design consultation and custom artwork
  • Tattoo sessions for the selected body area (e.g., arm, chest, leg, back, etc.)
  • Use of a fully licensed, hygienic tattoo studio
  • All required tattoo supplies and materials
  • Tattoo sessions are for one (1) person only
  • Accommodation in Lovina for the duration stated in your chosen package
  • Roundtrip airport transfer between Denpasar (Ngurah Rai International Airport) and your accommodation in Lovina
  • Dolphin sighting experience for two people in Lovina
  • Welcome fridge setup on arrival day, stocked with:
    • Coca-Cola
    • Beer
    • Water
    • Coffee (3-in-1)
    • Sugar
    • Tea bags
    • Eggs

2.3. The following are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Airfare to and from Bali
  • Meals, food, and beverages beyond the welcome fridge items
  • Other tours or sightseeing activities aside from the dolphin tour for two
  • Local transportation not specified in the package (unless hiring our driver, Kadek, at extra cost)
  • Travel or medical insurance
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Personal shopping, entertainment, or non-tattoo-related expenses beyond the standard tattoo studio supplies

3. Optional Driver Services

3.1. Clients may hire our driver, Kadek, for transportation or sightseeing at an additional cost.
3.2. Rates will be provided upon request and must be agreed to in advance.
3.3. This service is optional and not included in the standard package rate.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

4.1. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout on our website to confirm your booking and secure the tattoo artist’s schedule.
4.2. The remaining 70% balance is payable in person at the tattoo studio before or at the start of your tattoo session.
4.3. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been successfully processed.
4.4. Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
4.5. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date or package at our discretion if reasonable notice is provided.
4.6. In the very rare event that a tattoo session must be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including force-of-nature events, we will provide suitable alternative arrangements.

5. Accommodation at The Blue House

5.1. All packages include accommodation at The Blue House in Lovina, Bali.
5.2. The duration of your stay corresponds directly to your chosen package.
5.3. Accommodation includes access to the house, pool house area, and basic amenities.
5.4. Meals are not included beyond the welcome fridge items provided on arrival.
5.5. Maximum occupancy: Four (4) people per stay.
5.6. Damage Policy: Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused by themselves or their guests.
5.7. The Blue House reserves the right to charge additional fees for extended stays, excessive cleaning, or property misuse.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Bali.
  • Clients must arrive for tattoo sessions on time, sober, well-rested, and in good health.
  • Clients must inform their tattoo artist of any allergies, medications, or medical conditions that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
  • Clients agree to follow all pre-care and after-care instructions to ensure proper healing and results.
  • We are not responsible for complications or unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow after-care instructions.

7. Health, Safety & Risks

7.1. Tattooing involves inherent risks such as pain, bleeding, allergic reactions, infection, or delayed healing.
7.2. All tattoos are performed by professional, licensed artists in a sterile studio following international hygiene standards.
7.3. By proceeding with the tattoo, Clients accept these risks and release Tattoo Holiday Bali from liability for outcomes beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Tattoo Holiday Bali is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • We are not liable for injuries or incidents outside the tattoo studio or accommodation.
  • We are not responsible for any costs arising from personal travel or decisions unrelated to the package.

Our responsibility is limited solely to the tattooing services, accommodation, and inclusions described in your purchased package.

9. Photography & Promotion

To celebrate our artists’ creativity, we sometimes photograph or film parts of the tattoo process or the final piece for our portfolio or social pages. Participation is completely optional—just let us know beforehand if you’d prefer not to be included.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

12. Amendments

We may update or modify these Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website.

13. Acceptance

By booking a package, paying the deposit, or attending your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
